He's managed his Foxfire Printing & Packaging over the past nine years to achieve profitability on sales of $8.7 million in 1999. Ferretti got his start doing packaging and fulfillment for software publishers. Now he sees a huge opportunity in providing turnkey printing and fulfillment services for a vast range of businesses that find customers and take orders over the Internet. "These businesses need great fulfillment services in order to maintain the customers who they've fought so hard to get," says Ferretti. "There need to be some bricks and mortar in the e-commerce chain, and it's a niche we're gearing up to fulfill."
